When I initially contacted Beth to arrange a visit she spoke to me on the phone to find out about our lifestyle and what we were looking for. “We found Beth on-line and contacted her to find out about the pups. We had a long chat with her before making the final decision to go and see them and knew from the offset that Beth had bred and looked after the puppies exceptionally. Someone who takes the time to find the right forever home for the pups is a blessing and we were lucky enough that we were that family. We were welcomed into Beth’s home, we met all the puppies along with both Mum and Dad which is very rare. All pups and Mum and Dad were very content, full of life and well looked after. Once we’d arranged a collection date, Beth then arranged for the pup to be wormed and microchipped, we have a proper contract and the pups are kennel club registered. The day of picking up our little bundle we arrived, made a fuss of all the puppies and Mum. Beth makes it very clear what you need to take for collection. We had a folder given to us with all the paperwork in and a lovely addition was a personalised tote bag with a blanket smelling of the litter, a toy and some food. Since we’ve picked up the puppy, we’ve been in contact with Beth with updates and it’s nice to be able to find out about the rest of the litter. Most breeders will hand the pup over and that’s it but with Beth there really is a sense of family throughout and this kind of relationship was exactly what we needed. A big thank you from all of us”
